These terms are the agreement between you and us for using Mirah on iPhone, iPad and Android. In short: your closet and photos stay yours. Mirah+ renews until you cancel it in the store where you bought it, and deleting the app or your account doesn’t cancel it. Mirah’s suggestions are AI styling help, not religious rulings: you decide what you wear.

By using Mirah, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why, and the choices you have; please read it too. If you don’t agree to these terms, please don’t use Mirah.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your country if it is higher. If you are under 18, you may use Mirah only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these terms on your behalf.
Mirah has one paid plan, Mirah+, billed yearly or monthly. From time to time we may offer a discounted plan. The price, the billing period and how the plan renews are always shown before you buy.
How to cancel. Cancel in the store where you subscribed, even if you now use Mirah on a different kind of phone:
Deleting Mirah from your phone, or deleting your Mirah account, does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in the store first.
Refunds. Apple or Google handles your payment, so refund requests go to them and are decided under their refund policies. Nothing in these terms limits any right to a refund that the law gives you. If a subscription is refunded, Mirah+ ends straight away. If a credit pack is refunded, we take back the credits it added, as many as are still in your balance.
Depending on when you joined, you may need Mirah+ to add pieces to your closet and to use Mirah’s AI features. Some accounts keep free access with the limits shown in the app, for example accounts that existed before Mirah+ was required.
If your Mirah+ subscription ends, your closet stays yours: you can still open it, see your saved outfits, log what you wear, and use any Enhance credits you have. Unless your account has free access, adding new pieces and the AI features need Mirah+ again.
Mirah+ is for reasonable personal use. Features described as “unlimited” or as having “no limit” are unlimited within that fair use: to protect the service and keep it working well for everyone, we may apply reasonable limits, for example on how many requests you can make in a day or how much you can store, and we may change them over time.
Studio creates a cleaner photo of a piece in your closet. Each image Studio creates uses one Enhance credit. If Studio fails to create the image, you aren’t charged; if you think you were charged for an image you never received, email us and we’ll look into it.
Mirah uses AI to find and describe the pieces in your photos, suggest outfits, analyze your colours and create Studio images. Before Mirah sends anything to an AI service provider, it asks your permission, as the Privacy Policy describes.
Your photos, closet details, outfits and anything else you add (“your content”) stay yours. You give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, copy, process and show your content only to run Mirah for you, including sending it to the AI service providers described in the Privacy Policy when you allow it. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except as the Privacy Policy describes. Studio images and suggestions made from your content are yours to use for personal purposes.
You confirm that you have the right to add everything you upload. Don’t upload photos of other people without their permission, or anything unlawful or that infringes someone else’s rights. We may remove content that breaks these terms.
Please use Mirah only for lawful, personal purposes. You agree not to:
Mirah, including its design, text, graphics and software, belongs to Made It Happen LLC and its licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for as long as you follow these terms.
We keep improving Mirah, so features may be added, changed or removed. If we ever stop offering Mirah altogether, we’ll give you reasonable notice where we can, and you can ask us for a copy of your data.
You can stop using Mirah at any time and delete your account from Profile → Delete Account.
We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if the law requires it, or to protect Mirah or other people. Where it’s reasonable, we’ll tell you why first and give you a chance to put things right. Closing an account doesn’t cancel a store subscription, so cancel it in the store where you bought it. The parts of these terms that by their nature should continue after your account ends, such as the disclaimers, limits of liability and governing law, continue to apply.
We work hard to make Mirah useful and reliable, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no promises beyond those in these terms, including that Mirah will always be available or free of errors, or that AI results will be accurate or right for you. Some places don’t allow these exclusions, so they may not all apply to you. Nothing in these terms affects rights you have as a consumer that can’t be waived.
To the extent permitted by law, Made It Happen LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of Mirah. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim about Mirah is limited to the amount you paid for Mirah+ and Enhance credits in the 12 months before the claim arose. These limits don’t apply to liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit, and they don’t take away your rights as a consumer.
If you break these terms or the law, or upload content you don’t have the right to, and someone brings a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of that claim, to the extent the law where you live allows.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If you live outside New Jersey, this doesn’t take away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws where you live, or any right those laws give you to bring a claim in your local courts. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still apply.
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, an in-app notice. If you keep using Mirah after a change takes effect, the updated terms apply. If you don’t agree, you can stop using Mirah and delete your account.
