Delete your account
Mirah is an app by Made It Happen LLC. You can delete your Mirah account, and the data stored with it, in the app or from this page.
First: deleting does not cancel a subscription
A Mirah+ subscription is billed by Apple or Google, not by us. Deleting your account does not cancel it, and you would keep being charged. Cancel it first:
- Google Play: open the Play Store app, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Mirah → Cancel subscription. On the web: play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
- App Store: on your iPhone or iPad open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions → Mirah → Cancel Subscription. Apple’s steps for every device: support.apple.com/118428.
Refunds are decided by Apple or Google. Deleting your account does not refund a subscription or unused Enhance credits.
Delete in the app
Open Mirah and go to Profile → Delete Account, then confirm. The account is deleted straight away.
If you never added an email address or an Apple or Google sign-in, your account is a guest account, and the app is the only place to delete it: the form and the email request below need a sign-in.
Delete without the app
Sign in to the account you want to delete
Checking whether you are signed in…
Signing in only proves the account is yours. Nothing is deleted until you confirm on the next step.
You are signed in as .
This Google account had no Mirah account until a moment ago: signing in here created an empty one. If your Mirah account uses another sign-in, such as Sign in with Apple, deleting this one will not remove it. Delete the empty account below, then email us about the other one.
This permanently deletes your profile, your closet and its photos, your outfits and wear history, and any Enhance credits you have left. It cannot be undone, and it does not cancel a subscription.
Deleting your account. This can take up to a minute; keep this page open.
Your profile, closet, photos, outfits, wear history and credits have been removed, and you have been signed out on this page. You can close it now.
If you had a Mirah+ subscription, it is still active with Apple or Google until you cancel it. How to cancel.
Send us a deletion request by email
Email us from the address on your Mirah account and we will delete the account for you. We reply within 2 business days.
If you signed up with Sign in with Apple, the quickest way is the Mirah app on your iPhone or iPad (Profile → Delete Account). If you no longer have the app, email us and say that you used Sign in with Apple; if you chose “Hide My Email”, tell us so and we will confirm the account with you another way.
What is deleted
When you delete in the app or with the form on this page, deletion is immediate and permanent; any photo we could not remove straight away is removed automatically soon after. We cannot restore a deleted account.
- Your sign-in: your email address and any linked Apple or Google sign-in.
- Your profile: your name, profile photo, style and modesty preferences, and your colour analysis results.
- Your closet: every piece, the photos and cut-outs of it, the images Studio made of it and the copies Studio keeps of them, and the details filled in for it.
- Your outfits: outfit suggestions, saved sets, and the wear history you logged.
- Your Enhance credits: the remaining balance and the record of how credits were granted and used.
- The rest of what is tied to your account: daily usage counts, saved AI answers for your photos, and any reports you sent about an AI result.
What is not deleted
- Your subscription. It keeps renewing until you cancel it with Apple or Google (see above).
- Purchase records. Apple or Google keeps its own record of what you bought. RevenueCat, the service we use to track subscriptions, keeps your purchase history under a random account ID, with no name, email address or photos. Email us if you want that record removed as well.
- Usage statistics and crash reports. They carry a code made on your phone by scrambling your account ID or, in iPhone version 1.6 and earlier, a scrambled device identifier; on Android, some carry an identifier for the app’s installation instead. They never carry your account ID itself, your name or your email. They are kept by the services that collect them (TelemetryDeck on iPhone and iPad; Google Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics and Performance Monitoring on Android, including crash reports) until they expire on those services’ schedules, and are not deleted with your account.
- A record of the deletion: your account ID and when the account was deleted, which we keep to make sure nothing is left behind.
- Emails you sent us, which stay in our support mailbox.
- Short-lived copies. Routine server logs and database backups kept by our hosting provider expire on their own schedule. The AI providers that processed your photos or outfit requests keep them only for the limited time described in our Privacy Policy.
